SHIPPING RATES

All shipping rates are based around weight. These rates are calculated at the checkout.

We aim to keep the cost of shipping your order as low as possible. For everything other than our medium and large furniture items, we use Sendle, a fast and economical service that uses Fastway couriers. We work with other courier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price for our larger items.

Sendle delivers to street addresses only, so be sure to accurately enter your home or work address so your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Your shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout and will be based on the dimensions of your packaging and weight of your order, as well as your location.

CLICK & COLLECT (Local Pick Up)

Click and Collect is available between 8am and 5pm every Friday from our warehouse in Paddington, QLD.  As part of our focus on sustainability we support click and collect wherever possible, as local pick up significantly reduces packaging requirements and CO2 emissions. Contact us if you need to arrange an alternative collection time and we will do what we can!

PACKAGING

We aim to minimise the impact of our products on the environment, and so the packaging we use to keep your order secure and in pristine condition has been carefully considered. Wherever possible we have used upcycled, compostable and/or recyclable materials. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and our refund form completed and sent to bestfriends@thepawsroom.com.au

We unfortunately, cannot accept any item not in its original condition, is chewed, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
