Naturally breathable and temperature regulating, sheepskin helps keep dogs warm in cooler weather while remaining comfortable year-round. Designed to layer beautifully over the Peppa orthopaedic mat, they add an extra sense of softness and comfort many dogs naturally seek out for rest and settling. Ethically sourced and thoughtfully selected for both comfort and durability, they bring a warmer, more comforting feel to crates and everyday rest spaces.
Care: To prolong your dog's enjoyment of Molly, we recommend the following:
- Attend to any soiling as soon as possible by spot cleaning with a fresh soft damp wet water cloth. Scrape off any soiling with the back of a knife. Avoid excessive rubbing.
- Where possible, simply shake away any dirt or debris, or if necessary, use a vacuum on a gentle setting and avoid using a rotating head that may tangle the hair.
- You'll want to stroke the hide as well as your dog, but don't brush it! Molly is easily reformed by spraying her with a light mist of water.
- Always line dry in the shade.
- Colour dyes on natural fibres are not 100% colour fast. Hence, we recommend keeping our dyed products out of any direct sunlight as the UV rays may cause discolouration over time. Note also colour transfer may occur on light fabrics.
- Do not place her on direct heat sources such as heated floors. The heat dries the natural leather hide backing, causing cracking and damaging the hair.
Please note there may be some subtle variations in size as this is a natural product.

SHIPPING RATES
We ship non furniture items and bundles free, Australia wide.
We work with courier partners to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price for our large items. Deliveries are to street addresses only, so be sure to accurately enter your home or work address so your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
PACKAGING
We aim to minimise the impact of our products on the environment, and so the packaging we use to keep your order secure and in pristine condition has been carefully considered. Wherever possible we have used upcycled, compostable and/or recyclable materials.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and undamaged. For the avoidance of doubt, assembled furniture pieces are granted as used. It is important to make sure dimensions will suit your space before purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging including clear protective coating for furniture pieces and vacuum sealed plastic for mattresses.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at bestfriends@thepawsroom.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that custom and international orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
For orders placed within Australia, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember returns on the basis of markings in the plywood will not be accepted - this is it's natural beauty!
For international orders, unfortunately we cannot grant the returns stated above at this stage.

Why we started The Paws Room
Like many dog owners, we wanted the benefits of crate training without a bulky wire crate dominating our living space. We knew dogs thrive when they have a space of their own, but struggled to find options that felt right for both dogs and homes.
The Paws Room was created to bridge that gap. Our products are designed to support everyday life with dogs, creating spaces that help them feel safe, settled and at home while fitting beautifully into the homes we share.

Teddy is designed with acrylic sliding doors included that can be locked and easily removed, depending on how you prefer to use the crate. 2 locks are included. Please note that mats, puppy proofing, wheels and dividers are all optional extras, depending on your needs.
No. The recommended products are simply suggestions. To qualify for free shipping, just include any four items in your order. You're free to mix and match accessories to create the setup that works best for you.
Check out our size guide and take the quiz! We recommend consulting your breeder whenever possible to ensure your crate will be suitable for your dog as an adult - you may like to consider the divider for small puppies with our larger crates.
We generally dispatch within 2 business days, with delivery taking around 2–5 business days depending on where you live. If you're counting down the days until your puppy comes home, we'd suggest ordering at least 10 days in advance so their special space is ready and waiting when they arrive.
