Care
New covers should be washed before your dog uses their mat. Even natural fibres can be exposed to potential irritants in the manufacturing process, so it is always better to be safe than sorry.
Washing your covers straight away and letting them dry outside in the fresh air will help eliminate any rigidness from the packaging and allow them to begin to soften up properly. We recommend a gentle cycle machine wash on a cold cycle. Drying in the sun will also help eliminate anything causing odours.
Do not tumble dry or dry clean as this may damage the non-slip cover base.

Peppa PlushMat is a high quality foam with removable, washable covers made from a strong and commercial grade boucle fabric, but not recommended for dogs that nest and scratch their bedding.
