返金ポリシー

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and undamaged. For the avoidance of doubt, assembled furniture pieces are granted as used. It is important to make sure dimensions will suit your space before purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging including clear protective coating for furniture pieces and vacuum sealed plastic for mattresses.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us at bestfriends@thepawsroom.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that custom and international orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
For orders placed within Australia, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember returns on the basis of markings in the plywood will not be accepted - this is it's natural beauty!

For international orders, unfortunately we cannot grant the returns stated above at this stage.
